I offer personalized in-home coaching sessions for parents of newborns and toddlers. These may come in the form of a single session or as a multi-session package custom-tailored to your individual needs.

Sleep
Learn strategies for helping your children attain healthy sleep habits that also result in your getting a good night's rest.
Feeding
For infants, I share feeding cues for breast and bottle feeding as well as connect you to lactation support resources. For toddlers, I provide guidance for transition to solid foods.
Return-To-Work
I help you plan for the transition back to work. Issues include child care planning, managing home life and how to engage with your employer for a successful re-entry.
