Where are you located?

I am based in Sonoma county but will travel throughout the North Bay including Marin and Napa counties.  Phone and online  consultations available as well.

How long are coaching sessions?

Individual sessions are a minimum of one hour;  you can create multi-session packages based on your needs.

Do you have gift certificates?
